Composition

Declared in milligrams.

Every active named in full, with its botanical name and amount. The saffron strand is shown as a count, not a milligram figure, until the supplier confirms the weight.

Per 8 g stick

Honey (carrier)
7,385 mg
Shilajit resin(Asphaltum punjabianum)
600 mg
Kashmir saffron(Crocus sativus)
1 whole GI-tagged strand

Anupana · the carrier

Honey is the Anupana.

In Ayurveda the Anupana — the carrier a substance is taken with — is part of the formulation, not an afterthought. Honey is the classical Anupana for shilajit, and it carries this stick.

Each 8 g stick holds one whole strand of GI-tagged Kashmir saffron — the same legal origin certification that covers Champagne and Darjeeling tea. Visible in every stick. Not extract, not powder, not flavouring.

How to take it

A daily ritual.

One 8 g stick per day, traditionally in the morning before food. Take the contents directly, or stir into warm — not boiling — water or milk.

Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
